Teacher Education Specialist

We invite applications for a teaching position that involves instructing and mentoring pre-service and in-service educators on postgraduate programs.
About the Role- Design and teach postgraduate modules (PGDE/MA.Ed) with co-teachers.
- Mentor teacher-learners during school immersion; provide constructive feedback, coaching, and observation.
- Supervise K–12 teacher-education research projects, including action research and inquiry cycles.
- Lead assessment design, moderation, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with schools to develop exemplary IB-aligned practices.
- Contribute to outreach activities, professional development, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A PhD in Education or a related field.
- Experience in K–12 schooling and teacher training, preferably with IB experience.
- Strong scholarship, writing skills, and comfort with data-informed decision-making.
- A design-thinking mindset, research orientation, and drive to innovate.
- Ability to partner effectively with education technology and collaborate across teams.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
