Teach and Mentor Educators

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a teacher educator. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach and mentor pre-service and in-service educators on postgraduate programmes.

About the Role
  • Teaching Responsibilities: Teach and co-design postgraduate modules (PGDE / MA.Ed) aligned to IB Educator Certificate (IBEC)
  • Mentorship: Mentor teacher-learners during school immersion; observe, coach, and give actionable feedback
  • Research Supervision: Supervise K–12 teacher-education research (action research, inquiry cycles)
  • Assessment Design: Lead assessment design, moderation, and quality assurance
  • Collaboration: Curate exemplary IB-aligned practice in collaboration with schools
  • Community Engagement: Contribute to outreach/CPD and community engagement
Your Profile
  • Qualifications: Ph.D. (preferably in Education) or closely related field
  • Experience: Experience in K–12 schooling and teacher training; IB experience preferred
  • Scholarship and Writing: Strong scholarship and writing; comfort with data-informed improvement
  • Design Thinking: Design-thinking mindset, research orientation, and a drive to innovate
  • Collaboration: Ability to partner effectively with education technology and collaborate across teams
  • Facilitation and Communication: Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder skills
