  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end sales of premium residential projects (₹3 Cr+)
  • Engage with high-net-worth individuals and convert prospects into successful sales
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and consistent communication
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams for strategic sales initiatives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury/premium segments
  • Strong ability to sell high-ticket properties (₹3 Cr+)
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business/Marketing/related fields preferred)
  • Strong network and client-handling expertise in the Bangalore real estate market
