Your Role

  • You will assist in designing and delivering workshops, certification programs, and outreach events that align with our strategic objectives.
  • You will ensure logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials are in place for each program to guarantee its success.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Execution

  • Design and deliver workshops, certification programs, and outreach events that meet our quality standards.
  • Ensure logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials are in place for each program to guarantee its success.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders to maintain active communication and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure branding consistency across all outreach materials.

Operations & Reporting

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of our outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Content & Communication Support

  • Assist in preparing outreach material, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates that reflect our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with IT vendors to manage LMS, registration portals, and feedback tools that support our outreach programs.

Tech Platform Coordination

  • Troubleshoot tech-related issues during program rollout to ensure seamless execution.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments to measure the effectiveness of our outreach initiatives.
  • Recommend improvements based on participant and stakeholder input to enhance our programs and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields is required.
  • 2+ years' experience in program/project management (education/outreach preferred) is necessary.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management are essential.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and LMS/project management tools is beneficial.
