Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Designer to join our team in designing and delivering innovative programs for corporate clients.

This role involves working closely with the Director of Innovation to design tailored innovation programs that meet client-specific needs and objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and managing innovation programs that cater to client requirements.
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating service design workshops, and identifying opportunities for human-centered innovation across various sectors.
  • Deriving insights from user research to inform strategic directions and creating qualitative analysis reports and insights documentation for client projects.
  • Providing methodology support to teams throughout each project phase: user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Identifying opportunities where service design and human-centered innovation can add significant value to clients.
  • Contributing to the evolution of innovative methodologies within the organization.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space (Accelerators, innovation hubs, consultancy, or design agencies).
  • Strong mastery of user-centered design methodologies, enabling proactive thinking and new insights throughout the service design process.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • Curiosity about technological trends and challenges.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools such as PPT or Keynote.
