Plastic Manufacturing Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Manufacturing Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing assigned sales territories, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing technical support and solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow assigned sales territories to achieve sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to customers to ensure they get the most out of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of sales success in the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results.
- A deep understanding of the plastic manufacturing process and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
