Key Responsibilities

Deliver industry and functional guidance, as well as troubleshooting support in the discovery workshop, design, implementation, testing, and production phase of the Product solution to meet client business needs.

  • Present the Product solution to client stakeholders.
  • Support the deliverables of Technical Consultants by providing business and functional expertise, review, testing, and validation of scripted solutions (reports, plugins, and interfaces) as directed by Product Manager.
  • Consult with client stakeholders to determine business requirements and work processes to be addressed by one or more areas of the Product solution.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge in Treasury Management System (TMS) configuration and Treasury business.
  • Provide guidance to Business Consultants in one or more functional areas of the Product solution.
  • Assist with professional services best practices as directed by Line Manager.
  • Take on hands-on project implementation duties in all phases of the Product implementation, reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Gather and document business requirements, configuration designs, test plans/results, and any other deliverables required by the project as determined by the Project Manager and Lead Business Consultant.
  • Keep Line Manager and Project Manager(s) informed regarding the status of assigned responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential skills include:

  • Treasury experience with hands-on TMS knowledge preferably with IT2.
  • Cash & Liquidity: cash management, pooling & sweeping, cash forecasting.
  • Funding & Debt: short-term debt, long-term debt, trade finance.
  • Investments: MMFs & deposits, capital markets & equities.
  • In-house banking: intercompany loans, internal trading, multi-lateral netting.
  • Risk Management: foreign exchange, interest rates, commodities, counterparty risk, scenario analysis, value at risk.
  • Back Office: confirmations, payments, regulatory reporting.
  • Accounting: treasury accounting, hedge accounting.
  • Band Account Management: account inventory, signatory management, bank fee analysis.
  • Reporting: reports & workbenches, dashboards & process maps, published data sources, crystal Reports.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related IT field.
  • Be able to work as part of a project team structure.
  • Ability to work onsite at client locations.
