About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Expert to join our team as a Treasury Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing business analysis and troubleshooting in all phases of projects to ensure our Treasury solution meets clients' business needs.

You will assume hands-on project implementation duties in all phases of the implementation, adhering to best practices for the Treasury solution in all functional designs, specifications, unit testing, implementation, and other deliverables. You will also follow our documentation standards, participate in the quality review process, and maintain full chargeability on client accounts as assigned.

Your responsibilities will include gathering and documenting business requirements, configuration designs, test plans/results, and any other deliverables required by the project. You will also support the deliverables of Technical Consultants by providing business and functional guidance, review, testing, and validation of scripted solutions as directed by Project Managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Treasury experience is essential, with previous experience with Treasury Management Systems preferred.
  • Experience with one or more of the following areas is highly valued:
  • Front Office/Risk Skills: Financial instruments (FX and IR derivatives, loans, bonds, capital markets & equities etc.), valuations, counterparty risk, scenario analysis, value at risk.
  • Back Office Skills: Settlements, messaging, confirmations, regulatory reporting.
  • Cash & Liquidity Skills: Cash management, pooling & sweeping, cash forecasting, bank account management (account inventory, signatory management, bank fee analysis).
  • Accounting: Treasury accounting, hedge accounting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related IT field or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work as part of a project team structure.
  • Ability to work onsite at client locations.
  • Energy industry experience is a plus.
