Job Description:

The role of a Monitoring Specialist is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations within an organization. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and analytical skills to monitor and maintain the health of complex systems.

As a Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential issues before they escalate into major problems, thereby minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

This role demands a strong understanding of monitoring tools, including ITRS, Grafana, and Prometheus, with hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and setup.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that system monitoring aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
