Job Title: Business Growth Ambassador

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Ambassador to establish, maintain, and expand key IT services and staffing accounts. This pivotal role will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery with Sales and Recruitment teams, while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account management: Foster key relationships, upsell, cross-sell, and acquire new logos to drive revenue growth.
  • Delivery planning: Translate client goals into actionable plans, ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence and high-quality results.
  • SOWs/MSAs negotiation, renewal, invoicing, and collections management: Oversee key account contracts, negotiate terms, manage renewals, handle billing, and resolve any collection issues efficiently.
  • Candidate network alignment: Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with client needs, reducing time-to-fill and improving hiring efficiency.
  • Performance tracking: Monitor account health, pipeline performance, and forecasts, identifying potential risks and driving effective resolutions.
