Job Description

With our mission to empower clients with cutting-edge accounting solutions, propelling them toward excellence, we are seeking a visionary accounting professional to lead our dynamic delivery organization in India. This pivotal role requires your physical presence in our Noida office, where you will work collaboratively with local and remote teams in India and Canada, seamlessly blending the best of both worlds in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire multiple teams of Accountants, Bookkeepers, and Payroll Specialists, each responsible for monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, tax filings, payroll processing, and other time-sensitive deliverables for diverse clients.
  • Ensure flawless and timely delivery within agreed SLAs, balancing both schedule and budget adherence, while proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or issues.
  • Uphold the highest quality standards through the consistent use of Enkel-approved tools, systems, and processes, driving accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client delivery, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and effectively handling escalations to ensure client satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of accounting service delivery, including experience with financial statements, compliance reporting, and other accounting deliverables, while managing risk and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You must also be able to create efficient accounting workflows, implement quality control measures, and standardize processes to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the accounting or bookkeeping industry, focusing on delivering accounting services.
  • A proven track record of success in delivering accounting/bookkeeping services for multiple global clients, consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing high-performing accounting or bookkeeping teams in an onshore-offshore model.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in both verbal and written English, to effectively coordinate between clients and teams.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of ₹50-70 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive medical insurance coverage and organizational-funded training and certifications to ensure your continuous professional development.
