We offer a competitive salary of **₹20-40 lakhs per annum**, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is full-time, with 4 months of work-from-home flexibility followed by work-from-office from Chennai or Mumbai.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the development and implementation of data engineering solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or C++ programming languages
- Experience with modern data engineering tools and frameworks (Snowflake, Redshift, Spark, Airflow, Hadoop, Kafka)
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics ecosystems (AWS, Snowflake)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and data science development lifecycle (CRISP)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Advanced degree in data science or a related field
- Experience with data science technologies (Dataiku, AWS SageMaker)
