Analyze and advise on claims for various lines of businesses. Key responsibilities include reviewing claims, establishing coverage, maintaining records, and preparing documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure eligibility for claims is reasonable and correct by analyzing claims and supporting documentation.
- Adjudicate claims activities like setting up new claims, making payments, refunds, updating reserves, adding vendor details etc.
- Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim.
- Liaising with Claim handlers, brokers, and underwriters.
- Manage all administration aspects of the claim.
- Graduate Postgraduate in any discipline, preferably insurance.
- Managing assigned claims across multiple jurisdictions and being involved in all phases of a claim life cycle.
- Coordinating and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Complying with claim handling guidelines and principles.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
- Problem-solving attitude, great work organization skills.
