Job Summary:
Manage body repair estimates, customer coordination, and timely delivery of vehicles post-accident repair with high quality and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare cost estimates.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors and manage claim process.
- Monitor repair progress and communicate with customers.
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery.
- Maintain documentation and customer records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma / Degree in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in body shop operations.
- Understanding of insurance claim process.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
