Senior Claims Manager

Objective:
To ensure efficient, accurate, and customer-centric management of Motor and OLOB insurance claims by driving process improvements, strengthening stakeholder relationships, monitoring key performance metrics, and delivering timely resolutions—ultimately enhancing claim outcomes and supporting organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage escalations for Motor and OLOB claims, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders, including garages, OEMs, and insurance companies.
- Carry out periodic reviews with insurance companies to enhance claim processes and outcomes.
- Monitor claim performance metrics such as TAT, disposal ratio, settlement ratio, and rejection ratio on an ongoing basis.
- Preparing and presenting monthly data and reports to Management.
- Deliver training sessions to stakeholders for process alignment and efficiency improvement.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders (garages, OEMs, and insurance companies).
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Insurance claims, preferably within broker organizations.
- Should have a good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Qualification in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- Availability to join on short notice.
- Fully work from office.
- Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
