Quality Assurance Specialist

">About the Role:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our IT service management system meets the highest standards of quality.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain ISO Documentation: Create, update, and maintain all relevant ISO 9001 documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Conduct Internal Audits: Lead internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in External Audits: Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Training and Development: Deliver training sessions on ITIL and ITSM best practices to enhance the skills of our team members.
  • Record Management: Verify and maintain accurate records of all ITSM-related activities.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with our IT service management system.
  • Project Consultation Reviews: Conduct reviews and audit readiness sessions to ensure projects meet QMS standards.
  • Audit Reports: Prepare and submit audit reports, helping auditees close any findings.
  • Gap Analysis: Analyze our current QMS management system to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • QMS Improvement: Implement improvements to our QMS, EOHS, and ITSM documents and controls.
">Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a degree in engineering or any other authorized stream from a recognized university.
  • Certifications: Possess professional certifications related to ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 2018 (IT Service Management System).
  • Strong Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of quality, IT service management systems, and best practices.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and spoken communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Display analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Show ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
