Senior Manufacturing Quality Manager

The role of Senior Manufacturing Quality Manager is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems to meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
  • - Coordinate with production teams to ensure that quality parameters are maintained at each stage of manufacturing, testing, and inspection.
  • - Develop and review technical requirements for customers to align production accordingly.
  • - Manage technical customer complaints effectively by investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • - Collaborate with third-party inspection agencies, certification bodies, and consumer representatives for inspections and approvals.
  • - Review and address non-conformity reports and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • - Approve quality assurance plans, inspection and test plans, and final test certificates.
  • - Maintain accurate records of CAPA (corrective and preventive actions) for all customer complaints.
  • - Hold overall authority to release final products for dispatch and have the power to stop production or dispatch in case of deviation from customer specifications.
  • - Assist in implementing and improving quality and other management systems to ensure process standardization.
  • - Participate in internal system audits and ensure timely follow-up and implementation of corrective actions.
  • - Ensure all measuring equipment is calibrated and maintain up-to-date calibration certificates.
  • - Continuously work on implementing and achieving continual improvements in quality systems.
  • - Display quality parameters on the shop floor and ensure awareness among team members.
  • - Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth cross-functional quality operations.

Requirements:

  • - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, quality control, or a similar discipline.
  • - Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • - Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including ISO 9001.
  • - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • - Ability to analyze complex data and implement effective solutions.
  • - Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
