As a skilled Performance Marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving measurable ROI and scaling client campaigns with precision. Your expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various digital channels will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and launch targeted paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for multiple clients to maximize results.
- Analyze and report campaign performance using metrics such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, and CPA.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and funnels to optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership and a strong analytical mindset.
- Knowledge of SEO, automation, or email marketing is a plus.
- Location: Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai (Office-based)
