Job Title: Performance Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Strategist to develop, execute and optimize performance marketing strategies that align with our clients' business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' goals and developing tailored marketing strategies to achieve them.

Campaign Management:

You will plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., PPC, social media, display, programmatic). Using data-driven insights, you will adjust strategies and tactics to maximize campaign performance. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will enable you to monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting successes, challenges and recommendations for improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will ensure exceptional service and satisfaction. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively identifying opportunities for growth. Presenting complex performance data in a clear and actionable manner, you will communicate effectively with clients to drive business results.

Market Research and Insights:

Staying updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes and emerging technologies in performance marketing, you will share insights with our team to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition. With a proven track record in performance marketing, you will bring valuable expertise to our team and contribute to driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute and optimize performance marketing strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.

- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.

Requirements & Skills:

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, programmatic and display.

- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing data to derive actionable insights and optimise marketing strategies.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
