Business Analyst Opportunity

As a key team member, you will serve as the liaison between stakeholders, product managers, and the implementation team. Your role involves gathering customer requirements; analyzing and reviewing these needs in collaboration with vendors and product owners.

  • Gather and analyze customer requirements
  • Maintain backlog in collaboration with product owners and vendors
  • Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and propose alternatives where necessary
  • Provide guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities

You will stay updated on ServiceNow product evolutions and share insights with the team. Organize and support User Acceptance Tests (UAT), including preparation of test scenarios. Drive functional workshops with end-users to address critical topics.

Core Skills:

  • 6+ years hands-on experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong expertise in Order Management, especially data models
  • Experience with data activities, CMDB knowledge, and data migration from external tools into ServiceNow

Domain Knowledge:

  • Expertise in CSM/OM processes and related data objects

Key Responsibilities:

Stay current on ServiceNow product developments and communicate findings to the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
