Job Title: Solar PV Design Manager

As a key member of our solar project team, you will oversee the design lifecycle of large-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants. This involves managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating with site engineers and project managers, and ensuring that projects meet technical specifications, are cost-effective, and adhere to industry standards.

This is a leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing complex solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire design process for solar PV power plants, from conceptualization to execution.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and review design plans, specifications, and construction documents to ensure compliance with local, national, and international codes and standards.
Technical Expertise:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations and technology trends in solar PV design.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Implement best practices and industry advancements to drive project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in solar PV design and project management.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, Sketchup, and Helioscope.
