Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve primary targets and ensure they are met or exceeded through strategic planning and effective execution.
  • Drive growth by generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring zero cases of expiry on Stockist shelves through timely liquidation of stocks.
  • Share competitor and market information with senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and Stockists through regular visits and timely communication.

The successful Territory Business Manager will leverage their managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage effectively with important customers and strengthen relationships. They will plan and monitor new product introductions, stocking, and sales progress. This role also involves providing timely information about new products to Stockists and reporting field work on a daily basis in an assigned online system.

In addition, the Territory Business Manager will organize events and training sessions as per division strategy and customer needs, and generate purchase orders for Abbott brands as per business plans.
