About this role:

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to assist our team in delivering projects on time, within budget and to the desired quality.

Key responsibilities include assisting with project planning, tracking milestones, coordinating tasks, communicating with stakeholders, managing documentation, creating configuration documents, being the primary point of contact for clients and working closely with product development and engineering teams to resolve customer issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress and identify potential roadblocks
  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members and external vendors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, meeting minutes, agendas and client communication records
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and concerns

Skill requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Project
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet or Wrike
  • Able to think critically and solve problems independently
