Chief Software Architect

We are seeking a seasoned software professional to lead our development team and drive high-quality application design. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Java, Micro Frontend architecture, and test automation using Jest and Playwright.
The successful applicant will be responsible for architecting solutions, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring code quality and performance. They will collaborate with global teams to drive projects from development to production and provide accurate project estimations and on-time delivery.
This role requires hands-on technical leadership and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accessibility best practices, experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, and strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Required Skills & Expertise- Expertise in Java (2.x) including best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience in Java 14/16 and proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of Micro Frontend and Backend for Frontend architectures.
- Hands-on experience in test automation using Jest and Playwright.
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of engineers.
- 2+ years of experience working with global teams.
