Job Responsibilities- BI Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive BI strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of BI projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing BI team, including analysts, developers, and data engineers.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members to foster growth and expertise.
- Data Governance and Architecture:
- Establish and maintain robust data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Define and implement scalable data architectures and infrastructure to support BI and analytics needs, including data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes.
- BI Solutions Development:
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools.
- Evaluate and recommend BI technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance capabilities and drive innovation.
- Business Insights and Decision Support:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their BI needs and requirements, translating them into actionable insights and analytics solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance and decision support based on data-driven analysis and interpretation of key business metrics and KPIs.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of BI initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and optimize BI processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of BI concepts, methodologies, tools, and best practices, including data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering successful BI projects and driving business impact through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
