ServiceNow Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to fill a key role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to define and streamline workflows.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java or equivalent programming language.
  • Experience with database management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing principles.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
