This position demands a strong technical foundation paired with proven leadership abilities to drive execution, ensure engineering excellence, and foster innovation.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers (SDEs, Sr. SDEs, etc.).
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices in coding standards, architecture, testing, and deployment.
- Promote a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–12 years of overall software development experience, with at least 2–4 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in full-stack development (Node.js, Java, Go, Python, React, Flutter, or similar).
- Solid understanding of system design, architecture, and scalable distributed systems.
- Proven experience leading teams delivering high-quality products in fast-paced environments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to adapt to changing circumstances, and possess a strategic mindset to make informed decisions. They should also be able to motivate and guide their team members towards achieving common goals.
