Job Title: Senior Risk Management Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Management Analyst to join our team at First Abu Dhabi Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mitigating technology risks across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate technology risks.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices.
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to employees on risk management best practices.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in IT risk management and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Cloud Management:

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing cloud security and risk across the organization. This will include:

DevOps/DevSecOps/Agile Practices:

  • Developing and implementing DevOps, DevSecOps, and Agile policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective DevOps, DevSecOps, and Agile practices.

Technology Risk Identification & Assessments:

The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying and assessing technology risks across the organization. This will include:

  • Conducting regular technology risk assessments.
  • Developing and implementing technology risk management strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective technology risk management practices.

Technology Risk Treatment & Review:

The successful candidate will also be responsible for treating and reviewing technology risks across the organization. This will include:

  • Developing and implementing technology risk treatment strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective technology risk treatment practices.

Technology Risk Monitoring & Reporting:

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting technology risks across the organization. This will include:

  • Developing and implementing technology risk monitoring and reporting policies and procedures.
