About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Third-Party Risk Management position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in third-party risk management.

  • Assess inherent and residual risk associated with third parties, utilizing standardized methodologies, processes, and toolsets.
  • Screen third parties for potential red flags, leveraging open and closed source intelligence.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the third-party risk management framework and associated controls.
  • Ensure risks are effectively communicated, understood, and mitigated through defined and executed plans.
  • Advance third-party risk reporting, leveraging data and aligning with industry standards and relevant frameworks.
  • Provide independent review and challenge risk mitigation efforts as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Risk & Compliance function members, CISO, Sourcing, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and other business functions to strengthen the Firm's risk management practices and drive TPRM framework adoption.

About You

To excel in this role, you'll require:

  • 5+ years of third-party risk management experience, with hands-on risk assessment experience.
  • SME fluency in at least one risk domain: ESG, Finance, BCM, Operations, Trust, Technology, Cyber, and Information Security.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing, procurement, contract management, supply chain, and/or sourcing processes.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, such as Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Technology, or Innovation.
  • Experience with designing, deploying, and operationalizing third-party risk management frameworks and relevant business-process embedded controls.
  • Ability to process and draw insights from large datasets through data analytics, data visualization, and business process automation tools.
  • Working experience with GRC tools and an ability to design and implement quality workflows and interfaces in production.
  • Hands-on experience with OneTrust.
  • CTPRP - Third-Party Risk Management (Shared Assessments TM) certification.
  • ESG certifications, such as International Association for Sustainable Economy (IASE) or Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
