We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced educator in medical surgical nursing to join our esteemed faculty team.
- Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs for undergraduate nursing students, focusing on the development of clinical skills and knowledge in medical surgical nursing.
- Conduct research and publish papers in reputable journals related to medical surgical nursing, contributing to the advancement of the field.
- Mentor and guide student research projects and presentations, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in curriculum development and revision processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing, with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in medical surgical nursing. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a passion for education and patient care.
