Qualification Bachelor of Science in Nursing B Sc Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery GNM Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients including administering medications monitoring vitals and documenting patient progress Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans to meet specific patient needs Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care Assist in the preparation and recovery of patients undergoing medical procedures or surgeries Educate patients and their families about medical conditions treatments and post-hospital care Maintain a clean organized and safe environment in compliance with healthcare regulations Respond promptly to patient calls and assist in managing emergency situations Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records Participate in hospital staff meetings training sessions and continuous professional development Requirements Bachelor of Science in Nursing B Sc Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery GNM from a recognized institution 0-3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse preferably in a hospital Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and respond to patient needs effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients families and colleagues Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced hospital environment Sound knowledge of hospital protocols hygiene practices and patient care guidelines Willingness to work flexible hours including night shifts and weekends Registration with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council KNMC or equivalent Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
