Senior Transition Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Transition Project Manager to lead our end-to-end transition initiatives for varied functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple transition projects from initiation to closure, applying strong project management principles to deliver projects within timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global delivery centers to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Establish robust governance, track deliverables, and transparently report status to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and report project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact.
  • Capture learning and best practices, and ensure reinforcement in subsequent projects.
  • Deliver training sessions to internal managers on our organization's transition methodology and approach.
Requirements
  • 16+ years of IT project management experience, with a focus on varied functions (majorly non-F&A functions) delivery and migration.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Proficient in using MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge and experience with data analysis, process flow mapping, and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Trello.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
