Job Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Front-End Developer to spearhead the creation of visually captivating and user-friendly applications.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in ReactJS and jQuery, with experience working in Agile development environments using tools like Jira and Confluence. They should also be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into interactive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement responsive web applications utilizing ReactJS and jQuery.
  • Ensure seamless user experiences by adhering to best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Optimize front-end performance to enhance application speed and responsiveness.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work collaboratively with engineering teams to integrate UI components with backend services.
  • Partner with business development teams to translate customer needs into design solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative UI/UX input.
Design Principles and Prototyping:
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new product features.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain design consistency across all company products and platforms.
Code Quality and Maintenance:
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code for UI components.
  • Maintain and update existing UI frameworks and libraries.
  • Troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues.
Staying Current:
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Advocate for modern UI frameworks and design approaches to improve the development process.
  • Continuously enhance skills and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in UI development.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating UI with backend services.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
  • Familiarity with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG, ARIA).
