Senior Product Designer

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our fan-facing experiences.

  • Lead End-to-End Design: You'll take ideas from concept to launch, set high standards for visual quality, and create systems that keep our products consistent and scalable.
  • Define Visual Direction: Ensure every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.
  • Design Polished Interfaces: Balance beauty and usability while crafting user interfaces that drive engagement.
  • Maintain Scalable Design System: Build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across the brand.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals. A great fit has 4+ years in digital product design, ideally in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.

Requirements
  • Craft Skills: Mastery of Figma (plus relevant prototyping tools) and strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience designing for sports, entertainment, or online communities.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for redesigning our personalized home feed and article reading experience, launching community-first features like polls, reactions, loyalty rewards, or gamification elements, and shaping the visual identity of our newsletters and editorial storytelling assets.
