Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Leader to guide our young and energetic tech team in building the digital backbone for sports facilities and players across India.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the entire tech function, setting up best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and scalability.
  • Architect and oversee new feature development to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Mentor and upskill a young team of developers.
  • Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate vision into tech solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years leading teams.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, React, AWS, microservices, databases.
  • Proven experience scaling consumer-facing or marketplace products.
  • Ability to establish and enforce development best practices.
  • A builder's mindset - comfortable switching between strategy and execution.
  • Great communicator and mentor who thrives in fast-paced environments.
