Job Title: Senior Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operations team.

  • This role involves ensuring seamless executions that help retain and acquire new clientele.
  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in handling operations, preferably in the waste management field.

The selected individual will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring Brands adhere to existing regulations
  • Standardizing formats according to government, brand, or requirements
  • Documenting collections and verification as per commitments given to Brands
  • Proactively engaging with key stakeholders associated with our organization
  • Maintaining a keen eye for details, especially in compliance-related documentation
  • Cordinating multiple teams on-field and off-field
  • Enhancing team efficiency by optimizing processes and completions
  • Fostering continuous communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols
  • Pursuing strategic and operational objectives actively
  • Ensuring operational activities remain on-time and within defined parameters
  • Monitoring staffing requirements and hiring new employees as needed
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting a large team in a fast-paced environment, including career development plans and problem resolution
  • Collaborating with cross-functional support teams to improve implementation processes
  • Working closely with legal and safety departments to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in handling operations
  • Preferably, past experience in the waste management field
  • Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously
