Job Title: Database Architecture Specialist

This role involves designing and implementing databases for large-scale applications. Key responsibilities include database performance optimization, troubleshooting issues using various tools, collaborating with development teams to design data models and schema changes, writing and optimizing SQL procedures, and monitoring application and database performance.

  • Experience: 6-12 years in database architecture role
  • Skills: Query optimization, cost analysis, strong understanding of database concepts, proficiency in performing performance tuning techniques
  • Responsibilities: Design and implement databases, perform database optimization, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with development teams, write and optimize SQL procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Database Administration Expertise: Strong knowledge of database administration principles and practices, including database design, implementation, and maintenance. Proven experience in managing and maintaining large-scale databases.

Performance Optimization: Excellent skills in database performance optimization, including query optimization, indexing, and caching. Ability to analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Collaboration and Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and QA. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
