Visual Effects Compositing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Visual Effects Compositing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic images and cinematic videos by integrating 3D renders, passes, and layers into polished final outputs using compositing techniques.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Composite multiple render passes into photorealistic still images, ensuring visual consistency and realism.
  • Enhance raw renders with post-production techniques such as color correction, retouching, and adding photographic effects.
  • Integrate 3D renders seamlessly into photographic backgrounds and HDR environments.
  • Work with industry-standard tools like Photoshop, After Effects, Nuke, or similar software for final image finishing.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style in line with project requirements.

Videos (Animations):

  • Composite 3D animation passes into high-quality architectural films.
  • Add motion graphics, atmospheric effects, and other VFX elements.
  • Perform color grading, camera tracking, and stabilization as required.
  • Collaborate with sound designers/editors to synchronize visuals with audio for impactful storytelling.
  • Optimize output for multiple formats, including HD, 4K, and social media edits.

Key Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating compositing skills in both still and motion projects, preferably in architectural visualization.
  • Proficiency in compositing and post-production software, including industry-standard tools.
  • Solid understanding of render passes and multi-pass workflows.
  • Knowledge of 3D pipelines and rendering engines, including popular software like 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, and V-Ray.
  • Strong eye for detail, lighting, color balance, and photorealism.
  • Experience in integrating VFX and motion graphics into architectural animations is a plus.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
