We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Events Specialist to join our team at Schmooze. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging experiences and promoting our brand.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Marketing and Events Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and elevating our marketing and promotional events to the next level. Your primary focus will be on establishing a presence on college campuses, selling our product to students, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.

  • You will need to establish a presence on college campuses by setting up a stall and promoting Schmooze to students, engaging with them through effective communication.
  • You will also need to travel to different locations as part of the role, making sure you're where the action is.
Event Planning and Execution

Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. They will be responsible for:

  • Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end logistics for creative marketing events, including promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with marketing goals.
Community Management

The successful candidate will establish and nurture connections with students in colleges across India to promote Schmooze and enhance brand visibility. They will also recruit, manage, and support Campus Ambassadors to effectively engage with their communities and drive outreach initiatives.

Marketing Support & Budget Management

Assist in content creation, social media management, and other marketing activities as needed to enhance event visibility and engagement. Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and maximizing return on investment.
