Job Description

As a senior technical leader, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the architecture of our banking products and platforms. This involves working closely with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will also oversee team management and foster a collaborative engineering culture.

You will drive continuous improvement in technology and engineering practices while mentoring team members. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution scalability, security, and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with strong hands-on expertise in Java 8 or higher, Spring, Spring Boot, SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud-ready applications. A deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, along with strong coding skills, is essential.

Experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration is also required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective stakeholder communications.

  • Java 8 or higher, Spring, Spring Boot, SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud-ready applications
  • Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms with strong coding skills
