Job Title: Digital Solution Developer

Job Description

This is a remote position focused on developing innovative IT solutions that meet customer needs. The primary accountability lies in creating effective solutions, ensuring continuous improvement, and writing unit and integration tests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end solutions for products or services, identifying and implementing the most suitable IT solutions to meet customer needs as part of the Customer Journey.
  • Ensure products and services maintain compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements.
  • Be accountable for operational stability, integrity, and availability of products and services supported by the pod.
  • Support the solution architect to ensure that solutions and services are supported by the right architectures and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong development background and good understanding of Private Banking and Wealth Domain are essential. Experience working on Avaloq platform and strong knowledge in scripting languages such as PL SQL are also required.

  • Good knowledge about Avaloq reporting, interfaces, and validation of proposed solutions with business representatives and technical teams.
  • Experience on any functional domain, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good analysis, design, and coding skills, as well as determining technical and business suitability of proposed requirements.
  • Development, testing of requests, execution of release, and good knowledge/experience on Agile practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Benefits

Avaloq certification would be beneficial but not necessary.

Others

Handling specific issues/queries from projects and POD members will be an essential part of this role.
