Work Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM
You should remain active on WhatsApp/Telegram beyond office hours for client communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update content sheets.
- Share boosting details with page handlers and update clients with results.
- Conduct morning & evening team check-ins and attend client/customer meetings.
- Follow up on client tasks and coordinate with designers for timely delivery.
- Share final designs in respective groups and handle client queries/reviews.
- Resolve Level 1 complaints and assist Video Admin when required.
- Track daily design and video deliveries.
- Send weekly information flyers every Sunday.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication & coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and design workflow.
- Ability to multitask and manage client relationships.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp/Telegram for business communication.
