This role involves overseeing the health, security, and performance of our systems, hardware, tools, and services. You will be responsible for monitoring uptime, troubleshooting issues, configuring machines, and supporting secure practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee system health, performance, and uptime across development and production environments
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues remotely and locally
  • Configure access controls, user permissions, and machines for team members
  • Implement and maintain secure practices such as system hardening and compliance audits
  • Coordinate procurement of hardware and vendors
  • Serve as a first point of contact for internal requests and maintain documentation

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, or DevOps assistance
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/macOS systems, basic networking, and cloud services (AWS/GCP)
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and remote access tools
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools, Git, scripting, and task automation
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills – especially with remote teams and external vendors
