Human Resources Manager Job Description

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the full scope of Human Resources functions and partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives to drive business results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring the organization has the necessary skills and expertise to achieve its goals.
  • Employee Engagement and Development:
  • Design and deliver employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, improving overall job satisfaction and reducing turnover rates.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while optimizing benefit packages to support business objectives.
  • Performance Management and Analytics:
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to track key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and informing strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. They should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, as well as strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan matching, and generous paid time off.
