Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Director to lead the successful technical delivery of products. This role requires a strong technology expert who can manage multiple squads or hives for the delivery of complex features, epics, and releases.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing APIs, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and well-documented according to standards. They should also have expertise in managing technical risks, presenting solutions to architecture review forums, and aligning with technology architects to minimize technical debt.

This position involves collaborating with security champions to identify and implement necessary security controls tailored to specific deliveries or processes. The Technical Solutions Director will also review and approve chapter 1 & 2 of the solution intent within the eSDLC framework before it proceeds to domain or country architect approval.

In addition, this role requires complying with system delivery controls and attesting for every technical release to production. The Technical Solutions Director should stay updated on emerging technologies, lead internal workshops and seminars, and encourage team participation in innovation initiatives.
