IT Service Assurance Manager

As a seasoned IT professional, you will oversee and optimize IT services in a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee global IT service delivery across various locations, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring IT services align with business needs.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with outsourced IT partners and vendors to ensure service levels are maintained and contractual commitments are met.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for service improvement and implement plans to sustain or enhance performance.
  • Conduct regular service reviews to assess performance, review risks, and drive customer satisfaction improvements.

 


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ITIL v4 certification (Foundation or higher) is required.
  • 10 years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
