Mumbai Soccer Prodigies Academy is an elite football club based in Mumbai, India. We have established our academy to provide aspiring young players with the opportunity to develop their skills and reach their full potential.

About Us
MSP Academy offers a well-structured program for kids that enables them to progress in a fun and educational environment. We strive to provide a pathway to the top level by offering state-of-the-art facilities and professional football training.

Social Media Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day social media posting across Facebook and Instagram. They will create and maintain a real-time content calendar, keeping key academy events in mind. The ideal candidate should be able to maintain creative consistency across all Social Media Channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily social media postings across Facebook and Instagram.
- Create and maintain a real-time content calendar.
- Brainstorm ideas with the team for various digital & social media campaigns.
- Assist in planning and implementation of campaign and content collaborations.
- Follow the content published by coaches and players across social media channels and reshare/retweet relevant content on a daily basis.
- Be available on-ground for training sessions and matches to take pictures and videos for Social Media.
- Have a strong creative vision and relentlessly elevate the performance of the Academy's social media channels.
- Track key competitors and stay on top of content and design trends on Social Media.
- Assist in daily business operations and support on-ground operations as and when required.
- Undertake new projects such as kickstarting new batches.
- Assist in bringing in sponsors and partners for the academy.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed bachelor's degree from a reputable college/university.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and coherent writing skills.
- Passionate about football. Preference for candidates who have played for school/university/club.
- Knowledge of Social Media and editing tools such as Canva.
- Active interest in Photography and/or videography.
- Prior experience in managing business-related social media pages/handles is preferred.

Benefits
- Stipend: Rs. 5,000 - Rs. 10,000 per month.
