Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth functioning of export operations, including maintaining and updating export files and BL details in LARA system on a Pan India basis.

  • Maintain accurate records of export file and BL details in LARA system.
  • Update all remarks received from Intermodal Team regarding Import & Export Cleanup file in a timely manner.
  • Handle all Export Invoice RFI'S within the established turnaround time (TAT) with efficiency.
  • Respond to various queries received from Vendors/GBS Team/Customer in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Ensure the provision of SDP & SDD code generation within TAT for seamless processing.
  • Follow up with vendors and GBS Team for outstanding Bills payments to ensure a smooth payment process and update the same to Receivable team.
  • Resolve vendor issues by following up until the issue is sorted out.
  • Coordinate daily with Mumbai Intermodal Team for Freight Order Generation & COL updation on LARA & LISA System within TAT.
  • Prepare various reports pertaining to Intermodal moves on Daily / Weekly and Monthly basis as required.
  • Address and resolve service-related issues or escalations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations at all times.
  • Ensure that vendors understand the invoicing process, comply with company standards, and submit accurate invoices in a timely manner.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Regular follow-ups must be done to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Various reports must be prepared on weekly/monthly basis within the deadline given.
  • Any query or message should be sent immediately, nothing should be taken verbally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree holder.
