About the Role

We're looking for a talented professional to lead our growth efforts. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive full-funnel performance.

You'll build, test, and optimize multi-channel campaigns and email sequences that move leads through the funnel. This involves working across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Email, Landing Pages, and collaborating closely with content, design, and sales teams to drive measurable revenue outcomes.

  • Full funnel ownership - from awareness to conversion (form fills, meetings booked)
  • Run campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Email, and Webinars
  • Build automated nurture sequences and email flows that convert
  • Write persuasive ad, email, and landing page copy that drives action
  • Optimize landing pages and CTAs for better conversion
  • Track and improve performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot
  • Work with sales to ensure smooth hand-offs and pipeline velocity
  • Constantly test new ideas, measure results, and double down on what works
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies
  • Create and deploy multi-channel campaigns
  • Design and implement automated email workflows
  • Write compelling copy for ads, emails, and landing pages
  • Optimize digital assets for better performance
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or performance marketing
  • Proven success running LinkedIn & Google Ads with measurable results
  • Strong experience building email journeys, sequences, and nurture campaigns
  • Familiarity with SaaS and AI-powered email or marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and HubSpot (or similar) for tracking and reporting
  • Copywriting skills that balance clarity with conversion
  • Strategic mindset + hands-on execution + data-backed decision making
