About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to oversee and support the delivery of key platform-related projects.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with technical concepts and familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

This role will evolve from project management responsibilities into supporting select Business Analyst (BA) functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage platform-based projects.
  • Support Business Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in project execution.
  • Coordinate internal project communications and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using standard project management tools.
  • Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely escalation when required.

Progressive Responsibility:

Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional needs and project objectives.

Support testing, validation, and stakeholder feedback collection, where needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a software or technology-driven environment.
  • A good understanding of SDLC and IT project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
  • Experience in large-scale platform projects or system upgrades is a plus.
